Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from my home in Lindfield on Sydney's north shore.
I have a stall at several markets each year in Sydney, and you're also welcome to pick up your order from my market stall. Take a look at the "Find Us" page to see my next market and it's location.
Shipping in Australia?
We ship our products Australia wide and all parcels are sent via Australia Post. Australia Post deliveries usually take 3-5 business days but occasionally take longer. We charge a flat rate of $12 to ship each order anywhere in Australia.
Shipping overseas?
We can ship our products to most overseas countries, If you need the items to be delivered to another country, please send an email to sasha@bigsquarepeg.com.au with your order request along with the delivery address and we can advise the shipping costs and manually process your order.
Are all of your products hand made?
Yes, I make all of our products myself in my studio in Lindfield on Sydney's north shore in Australia.
Are all of your products machine washable?
Most of our products are designed so that they can be washed in a normal washing machine. It is recommended that you use a gentle wash cycle.
I saw something I love and want at your market stall, but its not on your website....
I admit that not all of my creations are on the website.
If there is something of mine that you've seen, but it's not on the website, send me an email (sasha@bigsquarepeg.com.au) or give me a call. There's a good chance I have it (or similar) but just haven't put it on the website ....... yet.
